Maharashtra Governor, CM pay tribute to martyrs of 26 /11 terrorist attacks

The Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray placed wreaths and saluted the police martyrs at the Police Martyrs’ Memorial at the premises of Commissioner of Police Mumbai on the occasion the 12th anniversary of the Mumbai terrorist attacks on Thursday (26 Nov). The Governor met the family members of martyr police officers and police personnel present on this occasion.

The Salutation Ceremony was organised by the Mumbai Police to pay tributes to the police offers, jawans and commandos of NSG who laid down their lives during the terrorist attacks 12 years ago.

Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, Minister of Tourism, Environment and Protocol Aaditya Thackeray, Chief Secretary Sanjay Kumar, senior police officers and family members of martyred police officers and police personnel also paid tributes at the Police Martyrs’ Memorial.
