Governor accompanied by Chief Minister flags off a citizens rally from Raj Bhavan

Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan accompanied by State Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis flagged off a citizens rally from Raj Bhavan on the occasion of ‘Samvidhan Hatya Diwas’ organised to commemorate the 50th anniversary of proclamamation of national emergency.

The Governor felicitated 5 senior citizens from Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban districts who were imprisoned during emergency.

Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Dy Chairperson of Legislative Council Dr Neelam Gorhe, Ministers Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Ashish Shelar and Ashok Wooike were present.
