Governor attends 165th Income Tax Day Celebrations

Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais presided over the 165th Income Tax Day celebrations organised by the Income Tax Department Mumbai at Kautilya Bhavan, BKC, Mumbai on Wed (24 July).

Raj Tandon, Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Mumbai Region, Jehanzeb Akhtar, Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (National Faceless Assessment Centre), Radhika Gupta, CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, representatives of business and corporate organisations, officials and tax payers were present.

Dr Abhay Soi, Chairman, Max Healthcare, Ramu Sitaram Deora, CEO, Triochem Products Ltd and Sunil Paul Nilayattingal, MD JAP Engineering were felicitated on the occasion.

Chief Commissioner of Income Tax Vinay Sinha delivered the welcome address while Additional CIT Dr Saurabh Deshpande proposed the vote of thanks.
