Ratan Tata, Adi Godrej, Commissioner I S Chahal, Manju Lodha, Niranjan Hiranandani presented ‘Mumbai Ratna’ Awards

Chairman Emeritus of Tata Group Ratan Tata, Godrej Group Chairman Adi Godrej, Municipal Commissioner Iqbal Singh Chahal, Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agarwal, construction leader Niranjan Hiranandani were among 31 eminent leaders conferred with the ‘Mumbai Ratna’ Awards in Mumbai on Monday (19th July).

Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented the awards at a function held at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai.

The Mumbai Ratna Awards given for exceptional service in various walks of life have been instituted by the Films Today Media Ltd, Nana Nani Foundation and Enarr Group. Chairman of Films Today Shyam Singhania and Managing Director Rajesh Shrivastava were present.

Ratan Tata and Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agarwal were honoured in absentia.

Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam, Dr Gautam Bhansali, Manju Lodha, playback singer Udit Narayan, Bhajan singer Anup Jalota, CMD of Union Bank Rajkiran Rai, Dr Shoma Ghosh, BSE MD Ashish Chouhan were among those presented the Mumbai Ratna Awards.
