Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari offered floral tributes at the statue of former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Vasantdada Patil on the occasion his 103rd birth anniversary at Vidhan Bhavan, Mumbai on Friday (13th Nov)

Deputy Chairperson of Maharashtra Legislative Council Dr Neelam Gorhe was present on the occasion.
