Governor presents India SME Excellence awards to entrepreneurs and business leaders

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented the ‘India SME Excellence’ and ‘Pride of Maharashtra’ Awards for outstanding contributions to entrepreneurs, enterprises, institutions and individuals at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Sunday (13th Feb).

The awards instituted by SME Chamber of India and the Maharashtra Industrial and Economic Development Association to 23 business leaders.

Former Governor of Tripura Dr D Y Patil and Chairman of the SME Chamber and the Maharashtra Industrial and Economic Development Association Chandrakant Salunkhe were present.

Prashant Nagare, Prakash Patel, Jitendra Singh, Supriya Badve, Dr. Sanjay Chordiya, Anoop Kumar Bhargava,
Utkarsha Sangram Patil, Dr. Narendra Nikam, Adv. Suhas Wadkar, Harjit Singh, Piyush Gupta, Alessandro Giuliani, Uday Kashinath Adhikari, Arpan Mehta and Biral Mehta, Divij Anil Taneja, M Phani Raj Kiran, Anand Bhandari, Gaurav Dubey, Syed S Ahmed
Samir Chabukswar, Vardhan Tanjore Raghavachari, Swarup Gupta and Anupam Joshi were honoured by the Governor on the occasion.

Deputy Mayor of Mumbai Suhas Wadkar was presented the Pride of Mumbai Award.
