12.05.20226: Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Varma presided over the 50th Annual Meeting of the State Managing Committee of Special Fund (Maharashtra) for the Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Ex Servicemen at Lok Bhavan, Mumbai. The meeting discussed various issues relating to the welfare of ex servicemen, war widows and their family members. Gen DS Kushwah, Flag Officer Commanding Maharashtra Gujarat Naval Area Rear Admiral Shantanu Jha, Air Officer Commanding HQ MAO Air Vice Marshal PS Wadodkar, Secretary to the Governor Dr Prashant Narnaware, Member Secretary Col. Deepak Thonge (Retd) Director of Department of Sainik Welfare, Maharashtra and Members of State Managing Committee of Special Fund were present.
