Maharashtra Governor attends Europe Day celebrations on 60th anniversary of Indo – EU diplomatic relations

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presided over the Europe Day 2022 celebrations organised to mark the 60 years of diplomatic relations between European Union and India. The Europe Day celebrations was organised by the Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India in Mumbai on Friday (10th).

Founder President of the EU Chambers Manish Bhatnagar, Minister Counsellor – Head of Trade and Economic Affairs, Delegation of European Union to India Renita Bhaskar, Consul General of France in Mumbai Jean Mark Sere Charlet, Director of EU Chambers Dr Renu Shom and Consul Generals of various countries were present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Governor Koshyari called upon European Union countries to also enhance their cooperation in the areas of culture and education while promoting trade and investment with India.
