Governor Koshyari presents Lifetime Achievement Award to Mathura MP Hema Malini

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented the Lifetime Achievement Award to actor and Mathura MP Hema Malini for her contribution to the field of art.

The award was presented at a felicitation function organised by ‘Vagdhara’ at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on the occasion of Women’s Day on Tuesday (8 Mar).

The Governor also presented the Vagdhara Navratna Samman to journalist Sunil Kumar Singh, actor Raghuvir Yadav, Pro Vice Chancellor of SNDT University Prof Ruby Ojha, writer Aftab Hasnain, Cartoonist Rajendra Ghodapkar and others.

The Governor also presented the Young Achievers’ Awards and Swayam Siddha Awards on the occasion. The book ‘Ladakiya Badi Ladaka Hoti Hain’ authored by Pankaj Prasoon was also released on the occasion.
