Governor Interacts with Students under ‘Yuva Sangam’ Programme
The Governor of Maharashtra Jishnu Dev Varma interacted with a student delegation from Andhra Pradesh under the ‘Yuva’ Sangam programme at Lok Bhavan, Mumbai on Mon (8 Jun). The programme was organised by the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune as part of the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative.
In his address, the Governor underscored the importance of the values of responsibility, humility, and social engagement. He urged the students to embrace diversity, work with discipline and perseverance, and strive for professional excellence while fulfilling their social responsibilities towards society.
The Governor also underscored the importance of advancements in educational reforms, skill development, research, and the healthcare sector. He congratulated the Ministry of Education and the participating institutions for successfully organizing the programme and extended his best wishes to the students for a bright and successful future.
