07.11.2025: On the occasion of the 150th commemoration of 'Vande Mataram', a collective singing of the full version of 'Vande Mataram' song was held at Maharashtra Raj Bhavan, Mumbai. Deputy Secretary to the Governor S. Ramamoorthy, Comptroller of the Governor's Households Dr Nishikant Deshpande, ADC to the Governor Abhyasinha Deshmukh and officers and staff of Raj Bhavan sang the full version of 'Vande Mataram'. Police Officers and police personnel posted in Raj Bhavan also joined the choral rendition of Vande Mataram, paying homage to the spirit of national pride and unity. Vande Mataram has played a crucial role in awakening patriotic fervor across generations. To commemorate its 150-year legacy, the special group singing programme was organized at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai.
