    Governor presents the 17th ICAI Awards

    The Governor of Maharashtra Ramesh Bais presented the 17th ICAI Awards, instituted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Mumbai on Saturday (6 Jan).

    Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman of Aditya Birla Group was felicitated with the CA Hall of fame award and late CA Rakesh Jhunjhunwala honored with Inspirational Leadership Tribute CA Hall of Fame (Posthumous) award by the Governor. Some eminent persons in the CA field were felicitated with the ICAI awards.

    The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), through its Committee for Members in Industry & Business (CMI&B) had instituted ICAI Awards way back in the year of 2007 to honour and acknowledge the exemplary achievements of its Members who have attained exceptional levels of professional achievements in industry and business and are committed towards their goals.

    President of ICAI CA Aniket Talati, Vice President of ICAI CA Ranjit Kumar Agarawal, Chairman of CMI&B CA Durgesh Kumar Kabra, Vice Chairman of CMI&B CA Rohit Ruwatia and invitees were present on this occasion.
