Governor presented Krishi Ratna, Krishi Bhushan and various State level agricultural awards

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented Krishi Ratna, Krishi Bhushan and various State level agricultural awards for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 in Nashik.

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray addressed the award winning farmers through online mode. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, Minister of Revenue Balasaheb Thorat, Deputy Speaker of Vidhan Sabha Narhari Zirwal, Guardian Minister Chhagan Bhujbal, Minister of Horticulture Sandipan Bhumre, Minister of State Vishwajeet Kadam and Principal Secretary Agriculture Eknath Dawale were present on the occasion.

Mentioning that Mumbai, Maharashtra is the financial capital of India, the Governor said the state should likewise strive to become a major agricultural State of India.
