Governor demonstrates Jeevamrut preparation, urges farmers to restore soil fertility naturally

Maharashtra and Gujarat Governor Acharya Devvrat today told farmers that Jeevamrut is like nectar which can restore the fertility of land rendered barren due to excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The Governor was speaking to the farmers while demonstrating the preparation of Jivamrut to farmers.
The Governor visited the farm of farmer Sunil Ghadwaje at Pimparkhed in Dindori Taluks of Nashik district this morning. He also participated in shramdaan (voluntary labour). He later interacted with farmers at the site and addressed them on the occasion.
