Governor visited the Date Bamboo Nursery at Lakhalgaon in Nashik

Governor 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡 𝐊𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐢 arrived in Nashik on a day’s visit to the district. Divisional Commissioner Radhakrishna Game welcomed the Governor.

Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari visited the Date Bamboo Nursery, known as ‘Date Bambusetum’ at Lakhalgaon in Nashik. Proprietor of the Date Bamboo Nursery Prashant Atmaram Date told the Governor that Date Bambusetum, the first of its kind nursery has the largest compilation of various Bamboo species in the country.

Deputy Speaker of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Narhari Zirwal, MLA Hiraman Koskar, Divisional Commissioner of Nashik Radhakrishna Game were among those present.
