On day one, Governor pays tributes to Shivaji Maharaj, Lokmanya Tilak, Annabhau Sathe

Maharashtra Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan offered floral tributes to the Statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the Vidhan Bhavan complex on the first day of his work since taking charges as the Governor of Maharashtra, on Thursday 1 Aug.

The Governor also offered floral tribute to Lokmanya Tilak on the occasion of the punyatithi Lokmanya Tilak.

First of August happens to be the birth anniversary of Lok Shahir Annabhau Sathe. The Governor also garlanded the Portrait of Annabhau Sathe and offered his floral tributes to him on the occasion. Speaker of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Rahul Narwekar, Legislature Secretary Jitendra Bhole and officials where present.
