Governor Acharya Devvrat interacts with villagers at Pimparkhed Chavdi
Nashik, Jan 1: Governor Acharya Devvrat visited Pimparkhed in Dindori Taluka and interacted with villagers at the Chavdi near the Maruti Temple. He emphasized the importance of tree plantation, cleanliness, natural farming, and cow rearing, urging villagers to adopt sustainable practices.
The Governor appealed to plant trees on family members’ birthdays, form cleanliness groups, respect parents, avoid addictions, and welcome the birth of daughters with equality. He also highlighted the benefits of rearing indigenous cows for natural farming and soil fertility.
Present were Minister Narhari Zirwal, MP Bhaskar Bhagre, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Praveen Gedam, Tribal Development Commissioner Leena Bansod, District Collector Ayush Prasad, Zilla Parishad CEO Omkar Pawar, SP Balasaheb Patil, and other officials.
Governor Devvrat also praised students of Hiwali School, Trimbakeshwar, for their unique abilities and presented them with gifts.
