Oath Taking Ceremony of Chief Minister and Ministers of Maharashtra

The Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari today gave oath of office and secrecy to Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra at a glittering Oath taking ceremony held at Shivaji Park, Dadar in Mumbai at 6.40 PM, Thursday, (28th Nov).

Six Cabinet Ministers – Eknath Shinde, Subhash Desai, Jayant Patil, Chhagan Bhujbal, Balasaheb Thorat and Dr Nitin Raut were also given oath as Cabinet Ministers by the Governor. Chairman of Maharashtra Legislative Council Ramraje Nimbalkar, NCP leader Sharad Pawar, DMK leader MK Stalin, MNS leader Raj Thackeray and others were present.
