Zoom 17.03.2026: A 17-member delegation of senior military and civil service officers from India and friendly countries, currently undergoing training at the National Defence College, called on Governor Jishnu Dev Varma at Lok Bhavan during their study tour of Maharashtra. The delegation included officers from the Indian Navy, Air Force, and Army, as well as officials from the Revenue Service. In addition, senior military officers from friendly countries such as Russia, Oman, Indonesia, Nigeria, Nepal, and Tanzania were also part of the delegation. The delegation was led by Major General Harkirat Singh (retd), Senior Faculty at the National Defence College.
