11.03.2026: Governor visits Swatantryaveer Savarkar National Memorial

11.03.2026: Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Varma visited the Swatantryaveer Savarkar National Memorial and paid floral tributes to the bust of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde, former Member of Parliament Rahul Shewale, Executive President of the memorial Ranjit Savarkar and Treasurer Manjiri Marathe were present. The Governor was presented with a memento of Veer Savarkar as well as books on Savarkar.
