23.02.2026: Governor arrives at Vidhan Bhavan for Budget Session address

23.02.2026: The Governor of Maharashtra and Gujarat Acharya Devvrat addressed the Budget Session of the Maharashtra State Legislature on the first day of the budget session at Vidhan Bhavan in Mumbai. Chairman of the State Legislative Council Prof. Ram Shinde, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Rahul Narwekar, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Minister of Parliamentary affairs Chandrakant Patil welcomed the Governor. The Governor was presented with a ceremonial Guard of Honour by the State Police on arrival at Vidhan Bhavan.
