Governor attends a Natural Farming Dialogue organized at Sahyadri Farm in Mohadi

The Governor of Maharashtra and Gujarat Acharya Devvrat interacted with farmers and citizens on the topic of natural farming at a natural farming dialogue organized at Sahyadri Farm in Mohadi, Dindori taluka.

Excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has rendered the country’s fertile land barren. To restore barren land to fertility and to build a self-reliant India, natural farming is the need of the hour, asserted Governor Acharya Devvrat.

On the occasion, Minister for Food and Drug Administration Narhari Zirwal, Member of Parliament Bhaskar Bhagare, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Pravin Gedam, District Collector Ayush Prasad, and Managing Director of Sahyadri Farm Vilas Shinde were present. After the programme, Governor Devvrat visited the farmers’ stalls and interacted with them.
