Maharashtra Governor administers ‘Integrity Pledge’ to Raj Bhavan staff

The Governor of Maharashtra and Gujarat Acharya Devvrat administered the ‘Integrity Pledge’ to the officers and staff of Raj Bhavan on the occasion of ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Monday ( 27th Oct).

The Governor read out the ‘Integrity Pledge’ which was repeated by the staff and officers. Officers and staff took the pledge ‘to neither take nor offer bribe and to perform all tasks in a transparent manner’ on this occasion.

The ‘Integrity Pledge’ marked the launching of the ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ being observed from 27th October to 2nd November as per the directions of the Central Vigilance Commission.

The theme of the Vigilance Awareness Week is ‘Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility’.

Secretary to the Governor Dr. Prashant Narnaware, Deputy Secretary S. Ramamoorthy, Comptroller of the Governor’s Households Dr. Nishikant Deshpande, Officers and staff of Raj Bhavan were present.
