24.10.2025 : Maha Governor appeals to people to embrace Natural Farming

24.10.2025 : The Governor of Maharashtra and Gujarat Acharya Devvrat addressed the members of the State Cabinet and members of Maharashtra State Legislature at a Conference on ‘Natural Farming’ at Raj Bhavan Mumbai. In his recent visit to Mumbai, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had advised the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister to organise a Session on Natural Farming by the Governor Acharya Devvrat. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Chairman of Legislative Council Prof. Ram Shinde, Deputy Chairperson Dr. Neelam Gorhe, Ministers and Ministers of State, legislators, Chief Secretary Rajesh Kumar, Secretaries of various departments and officials were present. In his hour-long speech, the Governor appealed to Ministers and legislators to promote Natural Farming in a mission mode. He explained the difference between Organic Farming and Natural Farming.
