Governor’s offer tributes to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule on his birth anniversary

Maharashtra Governor C. P. Radhakrishnan offered floral tributes to the portrait of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule on the occasion of his Birth Anniversary at Raj Bhavan Mumbai. Officers and staff of Raj Bhavan were present.
