Floral tributes were offered to the portrait of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the two great leaders at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Wednesday (2nd Oct.).
