01.10.2024: Governor meets representatives of various political parties and delegations at Chandrapur

01.10.2024: Maharashtra Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan inaugurated a grand Adivasi Mela organised by the District administration of Chandrapur at Pombhurna. Guardian Minister of Chandrapur Sudhir Mungantiwar, MLA Ravindra Jorgewar, Collector Vinay Gowda, Addl Commissioner of Tribal Development Ravindra Thackeray, Pombhurna Council President Sulabha Pipre, Jagan Yelke, CEO of ZP Vivek Johnson, SP M. Sudarshan were among those present. The Governor visited the stalls of various departments set up to create awareness about Tribal welfare schemes. The Governor presented the copies of forest rights and benefits of various other schemes. The Governor was welcomed with a dance by the tribal artists.

01.10.2024: Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan held meetings with people's representatives, local leaders of various political parties, media, industry, professionals, sportspersons and persons from various walks of life during his visit to Chandrapur. District Collector Vinay Gowda, Director of Chandrapur Forest Academy M Srinivasa Reddy, CEO ZP Vivek Johnson, SP M Sudarshan and senior government officials were present.
