21.09.2024: Governor participates in a beach clean up drive at Juhu Chowpatty

21.09.2024: On the occasion of International Coastal Clean Up Day, Maharashtra Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan accompanied by Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Bhupender Yadav participated in a beach clean up drive at Juhu Chowpatty in Mumbai. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Ministers Mangal Prabhat Lodha and Deepak Kesarkar, people’s representatives, Municipal authorities and officials were present. The Global event is organised on the third Saturday of September every year. The beach clean up initiative is taking place at 100 coastal places across the country.
