02.12.2023 : President of India Droupadi Murmu presided over the 111th Convocation Ceremony of the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University at Kavivarya Suresh Bhat Auditorium Nagpur. Dr. R.H. Tupkari was awarded the degree of ‘Doctor of Science’ while Rajshree Ramteke was awarded the Dr T V Gedam Gold Medal at the hands of the President of India. In all 79447 graduates were awarded degrees during the convocation ceremony. Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of universities Ramesh Bais, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil, Vice Chancellor of the University Dr. Subhash Chaudhary and others were mainly present.
