Governor presides over ‘Janajati Gaurav Diwas’ in Nandurbar
State Level Tribal Cultural Festival Inaugurated

The third ‘Janajati Gaurav Diwas’ was celebrated at Nandurbar in the presence of Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais and Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. The Governor inaugurated the State Level Tribal Cultural Festival through online mode. The Governor also released the souvenir ‘Aadivasinche Antarang’ on the occasion.

Earlier the Governor and other dignitaries offered floral tributes to Hutatma Birsa Munda and other tribal revolutionaries.

Minister of Tribal Development Dr Vijay Kumar Gavit, Guardian Minister of Nandurbar Anil Bhaidas Patil, Member of Parliament Dr Heena Gavit, President of Zilla Parishad Nandurbar Dr Supriya Gavit, Secretary, Tribal Welfare Vijay Waghmare, Divisional Commissioner of Nashik Radhakrishna Game were among those present.
