01.10.2023 : Governor, CM launch Cleanliness Campaign at Girgaum Chowpatty

01.10.2023 : Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais and Chief Minister Eknath Shinde joined citizens in a cleanliness campaign at Girgaum Chowpatty in Mumbai. The nationwide Cleanliness campaign, named ‘One Date, One Hour, One Time for Cleanliness’ was launched ahead of the 154th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. Guardian Minister Deepak Kesarkar, cricketer Dilip Vengsarkar, actors Padmini Kolhapure, Juhi Chawla, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Subodh Bhave, Consul of Israel in Mumbai Kobbi Shoshani, NCC cadets, Municipal officials and volunteers took part in the campaign.
