President of India arrives in Nagpur on a 3 – day visit to Maharashtra

President of India Droupadi Murmu arrived in Nagpur on a 3 – day visit to Maharashtra. State Governor Ramesh Bais, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit, Dy CM Devendra Fadnavis and others welcomed the President.
The President is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of the new Campus of the Gondwana University at Gadchiroli and address the 10th Convocation of the University on 5th July. The President will inaugurate the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Sanskrutik Kendra near Nagpur later during the day.
The President will visit the Siddhivinayak Mandir in Mumbai on 6th July and attend a Civic Reception being organised in her honour at Raj Bhavan Mumbai.
