Venkaiah Naidu addressed the Valediction Ceremony of the 74th Batch of Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) at the National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT) in Nagpur. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Guardian Minister Dr Nitin Raut and senior officials were present.
