Governor Koshyari presents Tarpan Yuva Puraskars to successful youths

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented the Tarpan Yuva Puraskar to 5 empowered youths at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Wednesday (2 Mar).

Former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Chairman of the Indian Council of Cultural Relations Dr Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, Founder of Tarpan Foundation Shrikant Bharatiya, Shreya Bharatiya and playback singer Swapnil Bandodkwar were present.

The awards instituted by Tarpan Foundation were given to the youths who had charted out successful journey in life after spending their childhood in orphanages.

Amruta Karvande, Abhya, Sulakshana, Narayan Ingle and Manoj Panchal were given the Tarpan Yuva Puraskars on the occasion.

The Governor also released the Tarpan theme song sung by Swapnil Bandodkar on the occasion.
