Governor presents ‘Maharashtra Sanman’ to leaders of film industry

Kumar Sanu, Udit Narayan, Mahesh Kothare, Prashant Damle, Swapnil Joshi feted

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented the ‘Made in India Icons 2021: Maharashtra Sanman’ to leading lights of film industry at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Tuesday (20th July). The awards were presented on behalf of the Namo Cine TV Nirmatta Association.

Playback singer Kumar Sanu, Udit Narayan, Anup Jalota and Deepika Chikhaliya were honoured with the Maharashtra Sanman. Film producer Mahesh Kothare and actors Prashant Damle, Bharat Jadhav and Swapnil Joshi were also awarded the Maharashtra Sanman.

President of the Association Sandip Ghuge was present on the dais. The Governor presented the Maharashtra Sanman to 42 icons from different walks of life.
