    Governor interacts with tribal in Wada

    The Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari visited a tribal village of Doyapada in Vikramgad Taluka and interacted with villagers on PESA, Forest Rights Act and other issues.

    The Governor visited the Radha Madan Mohan Mandir and the Radha Vrindavan Vihari Mandir. He also performed the Yamuna arti. Founder of Govardhan Eco Village Radhanath Swami, Director Gauranga Das and others were present.

    The interaction was organized at the initiative of a community service organization, Vayam. Divisional Commissioner of Konkan Shivajirao Daund, District Collector Dr Kailas Shinde, ZP CEO Mahendra Varbhuvan, Coordinator of Vayam Milind Thatte, officials and villagers were present

    Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari visited the Govardhan Eco Village developed by ISKCON at Galtare, Hamrapur in Wada Taluka of Palghar district. The Governor inaugurated the Incubation Centre & Accelerator for providing employment training to tribal youths.
